Anxiety Therapy in Spanish Fork, UT
Focused support to help you feel calm, clear, and connected again. In-person and online sessions available.
You don’t want to wait for hope—you need a spark now.
You’ve tried the calming strategies, read the books, and maybe even done therapy before—but the knots in your stomach, the racing thoughts, and that constant tightness in your chest haven’t really gone away, especially when it comes to your relationships. You hold it together all day, but when things finally slow down, it hits you like a wave. Sometimes it’s fear, sometimes it’s overwhelm, and other times it’s just a looming sense of dread.
And even though you know it’s not always “logical,” it still feels very real. You don’t want to just cope anymore—you want real change. That’s where anxiety intensives come in.
Maybe you’re here because…
No matter what you do, nothing shifts
You’ve tried “managing” anxiety but want to actually heal it
Anxiety lives in your body as much as your thoughts—tight chest, jumpy nervous system, or constant tension
You're motivated to feel different now, not months from now
My approach
Our work begins before you ever step into the session.
Once you book your intensive, I’ll send you personalized assessments to help clarify your goals and understand what’s really brought you here.
Then, during our session, we’ll get to work using a blend of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T)—approaches that allow us to work deeply with both thoughts and the body. We’ll slow things down, explore the patterns and habits that keep you stuck, and start rewiring the story anxiety has been telling your nervous system for far too long.
We can target specific memories, sensations, or beliefs, like:
“I’m too much.”
“I can’t relax.”
“I always mess it up.”
“Something bad is going to happen.”
The goal isn’t to just understand why you feel this way. It’s also to create a real sense of safety and inner calm—one that doesn’t disappear the minute you leave therapy or something goes wrong.
How we can work together
I offer two different anxiety intensive formats. Whatever you choose, the goal is to walk away with realistic tools you can use and a sense of movement toward meaningful relationships and personal growth.
Mini Intensive – 3.5 Hours
$597
A focused half-day session with breaks built in, ideal for honing in on a specific memory, emotional pattern, or recurring fear.
Deep Dive Intensive – 5.5 Hours
$997
A more spacious format for those ready to go deeper—includes extended reprocessing, body-based work, and integration.
Each anxiety intensive includes an optional consultation to ensure it’s the right fit.
Once we begin the intensive, we’ll start with a personalized assessment and collaborative goal-setting, so we know exactly what you want to work on. From there, we’ll use a combination of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) to help calm your nervous system and get to the root of what’s keeping you stuck. You’ll also leave with supportive tools and personalized recommendations to help you keep the momentum going.
What an anxiety intensive can do for you:
A noticeable drop in stress and feelings of overwhelm
Realistic tools to calm your body and interrupt spirals in real time
Knowledge of your triggers—and how to move through them
More ease in setting boundaries without guilt or over-explaining
Less people-pleasing and more self-trust
Confidence in naming your needs and asking for support
The ability to slow down racing thoughts and feel more present
This isn’t just the change you talk about, it’s the kind you can feel.

Frequently asked questions

You might not know for sure—and that’s okay. Many clients come in saying, “I didn’t think my past was that bad,” but realize later that old experiences shaped their current stress responses. You don’t need a big, obvious trauma for this work to be effective. All of what you’re feeling and what you’ve experienced is valid.
-
That’s completely okay. One of the modalities I use—Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T)—lets you process and rewire anxious patterns without needing to say everything out loud. It’s your choice what you share and how, the healing still can happen.
-
That’s a valid concern, and one we address directly. We don’t just aim for relief, we work toward integration. You’ll leave with practical takeaways and a deeper understanding of how to respond differently, so change isn’t just temporary, but sustainable.
-
Only if you want and when you’re ready. We always go at your pace here. Some clients want to dig into specific memories or recurring thoughts, while others focus on the overall emotional instability they feel. Either way, I’ll help guide the process so it feels less overwhelming and more manageable.

Here’s a general outline for a 3.5-hour anxiety intensive:

10:00–10:15 am: Short break to reset and breathe.
10:15–11:00 am: Begin the deeper work using guided techniques to help your mind and body process and release what’s stuck.
11:00–11:30 am: Break for lunch or rest.
11:30–12:30 pm: Continue the work and wrap up with time to reflect, settle your system, and take away practical next steps.
