Let’s rewrite the patterns that have been keeping you stuck.

This is more than just “feeling off.”

You’re here because it seems like you’ve tried everything—being patient, staying quiet, saying how you feel—and nothing changes. The same arguments keep happening (over and over again) and the silence between you is only getting longer and more uncomfortable. You’re holding so much it sometimes feels like you’re going to explode, and still…somehow you’re worried it’s your fault.

Maybe you’ve thought:

  • “I’m too much.”

  • “I can’t keep holding it all in.”

  • “I just want to feel close again.”

  • “I don’t feel loved, and I don’t know how to ask for more.”

You’re not asking for too much, you’re asking for what every human needs: to feel seen, supported, and safe to be yourself in a relationship. That kind of relationship might feel far off right now, but it’s not out of reach.

Real connection isn’t just something for other people. It’s something you deserve, too.

How I work

Many of the people I work with are caring, capable, and successful in so many areas of life, but relationships feel like the one thing that just isn’t working.

They’ve heard that they’re “too much,” have been told to be more independent, and deep down, often wonder if their history is part of why connection feels so hard. But they’re not interested in endless talking. Instead, they want to understand what’s happening and how to actually shift it. That’s exactly why I’m here.

I want you to experience legitimate change in your life—not six months or years from now, but in the room with me.

This means we won’t just talk about what’s wrong, we’ll work to help you create those shifts in real time. My style is focused, engaged, and emotionally attuned. I’m not passive—I’m right there with you, helping you slow things down, understand what’s really happening beneath the surface, and start doing things differently, together.

Regardless of whether you’re here working as a couple or individually, my goal is to help you feel safe enough to go deeper. This understanding of your patterns—and the space to untangle them—makes true healing possible. And not just healing for healing’s sake, but change you can actually feel in your relationships, your body, and your everyday life.

Intensive Therapy

Weekly therapy can be helpful, but for many people, it can feel like too much stopping and starting. You finally get to something important…and then the clock runs out. Then you spend precious time in the next session trying to find your way back into that place…only for that one to end, too.

Intensives are different.

I offer this format of therapy because of the momentum it provides. Intensives give us the uninterrupted space to get to the root of the problem. Instead of touching the edges of the issue, we’re able to:

  • Identify the emotional patterns in real time

  • Stay with the work long enough for the nervous system to settle

  • Move past defenses and into the deeper truth

  • Process the past and shift the present

  • Create meaningful emotional experiences that actually change relationships

Because intensives are longer and more focused, clients often experience relief faster. What once felt confusing begins to make sense. Connection is renewed, anxiety loosens its grip, and understanding starts to take shape—sometimes for the very first time. Instead of stopping midstream, we stay with the process long enough to tie a bow around it.
